Responsible Conduct of Research Program (RCR):


Miami is committed to the development and enhancement of sound practices in research and scholarship among our faculty, staff and students.

The RCR Program informs and supports professional and ethical standards for research at Miami University. Mindfullness of the principles of RCR enhances the quality and integrity of research. For some federally sponsored research, completion of RCR training is mandatory per the grant contract.


 

Research ethics violations and research misconduct: Reporting Concerns

Faculty staff and students can contact Rick Page, Associate Vice President for Research at 513-529-3600 to report their concerns. All reports are treated as confidential information.

Reports can also be filed using Ethics Point, a university-wide utility for submitting reports confidentially or anonymously regarding any topic: https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/13035/index.html
